National Youth Health Advisory Council

 

The National Youth Health Advisory Council is the youth advisory voice for NYAC's You Know Different campaign and other health related programming.  They meet twice a year and are instrumental in providing necessary input into the direction of NYAC's health programming efforts.

The following young people comprise of the National Youth Health Advisory Council:

Charsha Ewing, Tennessee
Jardyn Lake, Florida
Richard Warren, Florida

The Purpose Statement of the National Youth Health Advisory Council is the following:

We are young people with knowledge and passion
We are pioneers for youth
We are dedicated to empowering young people
We believe in productive education and communication
We are taking action because HIV impacts our communities and families
We are doing our part to prevent the needless infection of our people
